Stall and RV Info

Stall Spaces
Reserved stall space is available in the climate controlled Dodge Show Pavilion.  Stalls are approximately 10 X 10 feet. Stalls will be assigned; please specify main area you would want your stall near and all possible placements will be made.  Electrical outlets are available but must be shared.  Inside dog washing areas will be available.  All stalls must be kept clean.  Dogs can be left overnight in stalls.  Reservations are $125 per stall for the show.  No Per Day reservations accepted.  Any unreserved spaces will be available at the show on a first-come, first-serve basis at $175 per space.  Contact Laura Gibson at the show for an unreserved space. Group Reservations: THOSE WISHING TO BE ASSIGNED SPACES TOGETHER SHOULD HAVE 1 PERSON RESERVE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SPACES NEEDED FOR THE GROUP. Handicap spaces are available. Include handicap documentation with Reservation Form.

No refunds on cancellations received after September15, 2010. Immediate cleanup of dog waste is mandatory.  Failure to comply may result in your removal from the grounds without refund. 

RV/Tent Information

The RV spaces are located behind the Pavilion and Coliseum and will be available starting at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday October 20, 2010 until 8:00 A.M. Friday October 29.  There are 30 amp hook ups and 50 amp hook ups, all on blacktop. There are also some 30 amp hook ups on gravel with some grass. If you have a towed vehicle, you may need to park it in the parking area nearby. RV spaces will be assigned based on a suitable hook up for each RV and information provided on the RV form as well as the date it is received.  Please be specific when filling out the RV/Tent form. 

We will try to accommodate those wishing to be assigned RV spaces together, but it cannot be guaranteed. If you want an immediate confirmation, you must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. No refunds after September 15, 2010. You may sell your space, but you must notify the RV Chair.

Rv rates for the circuit (9 nights), including 2 pump outs Show circuit rate is $350. Water may be shared. You are responsible for providing your own hose (50’ minimum) and a “Y“connector.  RV rates with electric and water are $80 per night (no pumps) Pump outs are $40 each if purchased separately or if you contact them directly.  $100 Clean up deposit.

Tent rates are $35 per night or $150 for the circuit (9 nights). There are some RV sites that have grass and gravel that will be available for tents.  A site could be shared by 2 tents for $300 for the week and would have water and electricity.  These sites are located behind the obedience building in a fenced area. RV’s and tents using RV spots will be parked by ASCA 2010.  You may have to wait in line to be parked.  The fairgrounds have multiple areas for parking RVs, so every effort will be made to make sure everyone is accommodated and the parking runs smoothly.
